Subscription
The subscriptions are available on our pricing page. Compare our plans to see what features are available depending on your choices.
You can change a subscription anytime; the changes to the container structure (RAM, CPU, number of instances) will take effect after the next deployment. You can change your subscription from within the Subscription view on the Divio Control Panel.
For security, we require a payment method and billing information to deploy an application. This is to ensure your identity and prevent any potential fraud. Rest assured; you won't be charged during the trial period.
Changes to a cloudspace require a migration through maintenance. During the migration, your application will be unavailable. We recommend scheduling the migration during off-peak hours.
Payment methods
Our system operates with debit or credit card payments.
It's easiest to pay by card, but if that's not possible for you, we can accommodate alternative arrangements. Under these arrangements, you will receive a monthly invoice from us via email that lists in detail all the services you have used.
